A dynamic new beer hall with a rustic-industrial vibe from restaurateur Abraham Merchant is coming to the Upper East Side. Curated by beverage director Mikey Fishbone and NYC’s acclaimed consulting chef Stephen Lyle, Treadwell Park will offer up to 20 draught beers and ciders (which will rotate weekly) and a selection of beer floats featuring ice cream flavors as unique as blue cheese and bacon-chocolate. Elevated versions of typical bar snacks are on the food menu, and they can be enjoyed at the bar or in the game room complete with Ping-Pong tables and pinball machines, complimentary self-serve popcorn and a cozy fireplace.

Chef Roxanne Spruance has a knack for creating a great balance in unique offerings in surprisingly creative ways. At her new restaurant Kinglsey NYC, she’s taking culinary cues from timeless French bistro dishes and enlivening them using bold flavors and modern, American techniques. To name a few dishes, she’s serving up Octopus with eucalyptus, cucumber, plum and sumac as well as a popcorn crème brulee with butter, raisin and chocolate. It all pairs perfectly with the new venue’s selection of world wines and mixology program by Bar Theory.
