TRENTON – At a Statehouse rally this afternoon, opponents of this year’s bear hunt called on Gov. Chris Christie to put an end to what they see as the barbaric practice of hunting down and killing the four-legged mammals.
Friend of Animals Campaign Director Edita Birnkrant donned a furry outfit to lead the protest.
