Mayor Bill de Blasio has been criticized online in the past for dodging questions during Twitter chats  and taking media criticism to heart.

But it looks like his struggles with social media won’t end anytime soon. The online vitriol began anew on Wednesday when the mayor decided to post a response to Jeb Bush’s controversial “America” tweet:

On its (open) face this tweet may have seemed like another defense of New York values, but Twitter users took issue with the mayor endorsing expensive, unhealthy deli food:

The Carnegie Deli, which Mr. de Blasio endorsed in the tweet, has had its fair share of troubles of late—the restaurant recently reopened after a 10 month closure due to an illegal gas hookup. De Blasio Criticized for Response to Jeb Bush’s ‘America’ Tweet
