The royal family has been traveling the world lately. There’s Prince Harry going on an unofficial spring break to Nepal (not Cancun), and Prince William, who more than likely took his brand new chopper for a test drive. Now, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have graced the world with photos of their lovely ski vacation, replete with hats and goggles, to prove they took to the slopes in style. On their short trip to the French Alps (after all, Prince George has to get back to his studies) they brought the Press Association’s Royal Photographer John Stillwell with them, because royals don’t exactly do selfies. (Now, that sounds like a dream job.)

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share new photographs of their family, enjoying a short skiing holiday with their children in the French Alps. This is their first holiday as a family of four and they are pleased they to be able to share it. They hope people enjoy the photos
The Kensington Palace Instagram announced that this was their first holiday as a family, including the newest princess, and it was the first time both children played in the snow. The adults had a romantic snowball fight and Princess Charlotte posed with her dad in a precious cap. Prince George semi-smiled with the whole family, looking much more grown up than usual in his teeny pom-pom cap. Best of all, the Duchess of Cambridge’s locks were looking luscious again, after a much-maligned mom bob.
No word on what the kids thought of the trip, but by their happy faces in the Instagram-approved photograph, they’re already ski bunnies.
