In a North v. South rodeo romp through the halls of the New Jersey Statehouse, the allies of Senate President Steve Sweeney (D-3) were quick to jump aboard a statement made at today’s Senate Budget hearing by state Senator Brian P. Stack (D-33).
Stack, of course, is from Hudson County, just like Speaker Vincent Prieto (D-32), who has labored exhaustively to steer allies to his side in this ongoing Atlantic City takeover contest.
It would be “irresponsible” for Prieto not to post the AC takeover bill, said Stack, breaking from his regional ally in defense of Sweeney’s position.
