There is a major Disney (DIS) princess moment happening on red carpets across the quaint French city of Cannes. Yes, there’s a massive film festival taking place there, just steps away from the Mediterranean, but top notch actresses, world class models and one humanitarian lawyer are all about frocks that allude to living happily ever after.

Take a look at Blake Lively, who channeled Cinderella not once, but twice. With dresses that feature both sparkle, shape and an undeniable amount of glamour, she may as well be auditioning to become part of a fictional royal family. Amal Clooney channeled Belle from Beauty and the Beast, in the form of a buttery yellow Atelier Versace number. As for her Beast? That role was obviously played by George Clooney. One could even argue that Jessica Chastain is offering up a Frozen vibe, in the form of a gown adorned with sparkly snowflakes from Alexander McQueen.

Princesses aside, the style on the tapis rouge varied wildly over the past five days of the festival. Vanessa Paradis and her daughter Lily Rose Depp both went for dark glam, in two separate appearances. Meanwhile, Freida Pinto rocked a short but sweet (and very romantic) Elie Saab number to a Kering-hosted party. And finally, do not miss out on the handful of Gucci moments, as seen on Kirsten Dunst and Riley Keough.
