No sweat, because Barneys New York has just opened up a pop-up shop at their Madison Avenue Boutique that will remind shoppers of their days spent strolling down East Hampton’s Main Street. The Lisa Perry XO Barneys New York shop is more than just colorful home goods and pop art inspired accoutrements; it’s a total escape from New York.
Located in the Chelsea Passage, on the shop’s 9th floor, there are tons of pieces in this shop-in shop that will be right at home at a Hamptons abode. This includes playful pillows and cheeky placemats designed by Perry, whimsical glassware from Heller, simple silverware by Sabre and colorful napkins from Bodrum. But what really makes this space feel like it’s out East are the details. A green carpet will remind shoppers of a swanky grass tennis court, while an ice cream stand will bring them back to those days spent snacking on the beach. A few white ping pong tables are even reminiscent of summer nights spent drinking rosé and playing games with friends.
