Facebook’s Q2 report was just released, and it proves that Facebook is bigger than ever.

It shows the social media giant beat expectations on both earnings and revenue, but perhaps the most interesting insight is the growth in users. While analysts had predicted the user base would grow to 1.69 billion this quarter, Facebook added 60 million new users, bringing its total to 1.71 billion. These are staggering numbers (about 1 in 7 people on Earth use the site), numbers can be well, boring. So Mark Zuckerberg put the Q2 report into context with a fun fact: as many people use Facebook today as were alive 100 years ago.

The founder took to Facebook to share the good news in two posts.

WhatsApp and Messenger are catching up—both have over one billion daily users.
