Of the many outdated fashion rules, perhaps the most absurd is the concept of not wearing white after Labor Day. For one, white is extremely easy to wear with New York’s all-black uniform. Further, the shade works well for nearly any occasion. In that vein, ASKA offers a pair of boots that will come in handy for kicking naysayers aside. “I believe rules are made to be broken, and that’s exactly why we made a white boot,” said the brand’s designer, Kate Gordon. “After many seasons of wearing black leather for fall, women are eager to introduce new pieces to their wardrobe.”
This au courant style, featuring a square toe and an abbreviated geometric heel, was designed by Gordon in New York but produced by shoe experts in Italy. They also happen to be the perfect item to usher in a new season.
