Conbody instructors test their stamina. Conbody

Everything fitness, from must-try classes to new athleisure lines.

Get convicted: ConBody, the intense, boot camp inspired workout started by the formerly incarcerated Coss Marte, is launching a new live streaming workout class, for clients who can’t make it to the Lower East Side. They’ve also created a ConBody Correctional bus, where clients can participate in their prison style workout on the go. It sounds like a good opportunity for a bachelorette party, as 20 people can take the class at once. via ConBody.

Pink dance party: Join YG Studios and the Keep a Breast Foundation for their Pink Party on October 13. The hip hop dance party with a live DJ benefits the foundation, with a raffle and silent auction after you take two classes. Remember to wear pink and be prepared to sweat. via YG Studios.

Keep up with football season: Tired pretending that you know what a quarterback is? Or are you trying to figure out which football team is worth rooting on? The Skimm Ahead app created an NFL game day calendar that directly syncs with your phone’s calendar, so you know when the big games are (and why, perhaps, a gentleman isn’t texting you back on a Sunday afternoon). via TheSkimm.

Shop LIVELY IRL: Lively, the brand that combines athleisure, loungewear and lingerie (they call it leisurée) is popping up in real life, to offer instant gratification. And they want to pay you for coming by, with $10 bras and underwear purchased at the pop-up, a patch when you bring a pal, and a tank top with purchases over $75. via Lively.
