Help Tracy Anderson cure cancer: Celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson is teaming up with fitness favorites Tone House, Y7 and more for Move to Cure, a series of fundraising classes in October. Class-goers can purchase pink bracelets, and 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. via BCRF. 

Work out in Central Park: The New York Health & Racquet Club announced a whole slew of new classes for fall, including Belly Laugh Yoga, a Viking Workout and a series of outdoor adventures. Head to Central Park for boot camp hiking, runs and football drills. via NYHRC. 

Meditate with thousands of your closest friends: On October 16 downtown Manhattan will be silent, courtesy of The Big Quiet. Kit and Ace will host one of the first huge events in the Oculus, a mindful meditation for thousands of people, with DJs to create some noise, once the experience is over. All 1,000 people present will be generating proceeds for the HEART 9/11 foundation. via The Big Quiet.
