These are things that almost relax me.” Which might explain why he has partnered with Faber-Castell on a gargantuan art box, stuffed with nearly every type of art supply imaginable: watercolor pencils, regular pencils, metallic pens, graphite crayons, brush pens and more.
However, stuffed might be a brash word to describe how these 350 supplies are displayed. Stationery fans will freak out over the color coordinated arrangement among drawers that slide in and out of a sleek black chest, inspired in design by a Chinese wedding cabinet. Offered in a limited run of 2,500, this would be a dream gift for a professional artist, an amateur sketcher or, at the very least, the neighborhood Lagerfeld fiend.
