Selfies, wigs and lip kits aside, it seems that Kylie Jenner really loves real estate.
As anyone with Internet access is aware, Kylie Jenner also really likes showing it off on every possible form of social media. Since simply one mansion obviously wouldn’t do, Jenner has amassed a collection of four Los Angeles homes.
Apparently, Jenner doesn’t want to hold on to that many California abodes—she just listed one of her Hidden Hills properties for $5.4 million. Yes, as Variety notes, this is nearly $1 million more than $4.5 million the 18-year-old paid for the four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in August.
Admittedly, the single-story, 5,154-square-foot home is very nice. There’s an eat-in kitchen with marble countertops, a theater room and a family room with a wet bar and a stacked stone fireplace. The master suite includes a sitting area, another fireplace, and a walk-in closet with a dressing room and marble bath. In terms of outdoor space, the home, which sits on 3.3 acres, includes a patio with a fireplace, another covered patio with a barbecue, a pool and a spa.
But per the listing photos, it doesn’t seem Jenner completed any big changes or renovations in the rather short time span she’s owned the place. Perhaps she’s hoping her mere presence in the home results in a price bump, or maybe she’s including a whole slew of Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kits with the listing, which is shared by Isidora and Tomer Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty. Then again, this is the girl who managed to reportedly make approximately $8.7 million from glorified lipsticks, so perhaps we should all look to Jenner for investment advice.
Fans of this reality star turned entrepreneur might find her home listing particularly enticing, since it means the reality star will be their new neighbor—Jenner also owns a home just down the street, which she purchased for $6 million in May.
