My mouth waters when I think about the trademark (as in, literally trademarked) Surimi Masa pasta at Kappo Masa, located next to the Gagosian Gallery. Made entirely from seafood and carb- (guilt-) free, the food is served on dish ware specifically designed for each preparation. That it is neighbor with an art gallery is no coincidence.
