Alexandra Bregman
Alexandra Bregman is a freelance art writer who has written for Air Mail, Nikkei Asia, The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Digest and The Art Newspaper among others. Her 2019 book about the billion-dollar fallout between Yves Bouvier and Dmitry Rybolovlev, The Bouvier Affair: A True Story, was recently referenced in the film The Lost Leonardo. After Smith College and positions at Gagosian and Christie's, Bregman completed a master's degree in Business and Economics at Columbia Journalism School, where she was a Teaching Associate from 2019-2021. She has lectured on art market economics at Columbia, NYU, and Yale. She hates telling people where she lives or who she loves, aspiring instead to remain a beautiful enigma.
