Andrew Eil

Andrew Eil leads the climate risk advisory practice in North America for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Previously Andrew worked as a consultant on climate change policy and finance for clients such as the World Bank Group and at the U.S. State Department as Coordinator of Climate Change Assistance Programs. Andrew has an MPA in international development and public policy from Princeton University and a BA in Russian history and literature from Harvard University.
