He previously founded and served as CEO of Networked Insights, a machine learning software company that was backed by Goldman Sachs. Dan has spent the better part of the last two decades building companies that use technology to disrupt the status quo. Additionally, Dan is on a number of technology company boards and is a member of the board of the non-profit After School Matters. Dan and his family are based in Chicago.
