Dr. Joel Salinas is a Harvard-trained behavioral neurologist with expertise in epidemiology and health outcomes research, and the co-founder of Isaac Health, a start-up company that treats persons with neurodegenerative diseases that cause cognitive decline and impairment, including Alzheimer's disease. His long-term goal is to enhance population-wide brain health by developing and deploying strategies to prevent the onset of devastating chronic brain disease as well as preserve, restore, and improve cognitive function. At Isaac, Dr. Salinas offers patients access to new disease-modifying treatments, research studies, and clinical trials when applicable. His work at the company has yielded outstanding outcomes – including a delay in cognitive decline of up to 3 years. He also holds an MBA in Health Sector Management and Policy from the University of Miami.
