Gracy Chen is the CEO of Bitget, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 platform, ranked among the industry’s top three by trading volume. She is the only woman CEO amongst the top 10 crypto exchanges. Since stepping into the CEO role from her previous position as Managing Director, Gracy has led Bitget’s expansion from nearly 50 million to over 120 million users worldwide. Under her leadership, Bitget has evolved beyond its origins as a derivatives platform into a full-scope crypto ecosystem, offering spot trading, Launchpad and Launchpool initiatives, copy trading, asset management tools, a self-custody wallet and a wide range of Web3 projects. Gracy also plays a key role in institutional business development, working closely with major clients and partners to strengthen Bitget’s global presence. Chen also heads $10M Blockchain4Her initiative within Bitget, dedicated to fostering inclusivity and gender diversity in the blockchain industry where she and the team focuses on elevating, empowering, educating and embracing women in blockchain, ensuring equal opportunities and representation in the cryptospace.
