Based in a converted 1912 grocery store, Graf Lantz is an L.A.-based design studio and factory that reinterprets traditional materials into modern men's and women's bags and small accessories. Since 2009, designers Holger Graef and Daniel Lantz have challenged traditional notions about the world’s oldest textile, felt, and pioneered a successful business combining unexpected materials, handmade quality, and lasting utility. For Graef and Lantz, creating their own factory was never the goal, but it was the only way to get a level of quality that they were willing to put their names on.
