JAKE BRANDMAN is a playwright/lyricist/bookwriter whose critically-acclaimed adaptation of "Tartuffe" had sold-out runs in New York and Brussels. His songs have been performed at venues ranging from Joe’s Pub to the Laurie Beechman Theater to the Library at Lincoln Center. His recent works include "Wrestleparty '82, or Who is Boris Sicklehammer?" and “The Bushwickers: A Play About Superheroes.” He is a double-graduate of Tisch School of the Arts, where he received a BFA in Dramatic Writing and an MFA in Musical Theater Writing.
