As Executive Chef of Bangkok Supper Club in New York City, Max Wittawat brings years of experience and a passion for regional Thai cooking to a vibrant and innovative menu that captures the conviviality and electric flavors of Bangkok's late-night food scene. A Bangkok native and Le Cordon Bleu graduate (Class of 2009), Chef Max has held numerous key culinary roles both in Thailand and the United States, including working as Ian Kittichai’s right hand at Cuisine Concept Co., Ltd., serving as a culinary executive for Asia’s Minor Food Group, and leading the kitchen at Spot Dessert Bar. He has also showcased his skills on Iron Chef across Thailand, Japan, and the U.S. before helping launch Bangkok Supper Club with the 55 Hospitality team.
