Nicholas Solarewicz is the CEO and co-Founder of Privé Padel, where he leads business growth initiatives, hospitality development, fundraising and corporate strategy. With a background that spans elite athletics and global finance, Nicholas brings a unique combination of competitive drive and strategic expertise to the forefront of the luxury sport and hospitality industry. Before founding Privé Padel, Nicholas worked as an investment banker at Wells Fargo, where he advised on and executed multi-billion-dollar transactions, including serving as a bookrunner on Rivian’s $14B IPO, advising Apollo on its $8B acquisition of UnivarSolutions, and leading debt financing for Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’ $7B acquisition of IAA. A former NCAA Division I tennis player, Nicholas began competing in men’s professional tournaments at just 17 years old. His lifelong passion for tennis eventually led him to padel, a sport he embraced while living in New York City and which inspired him to create Privé Padel. Nicholas studied at Boston University and remains deeply connected to the sport through his work with the City Parks Foundation’s tennis operations in Central Park, NYC. Today, he channels his competitive spirit and business acumen into building Privé Padel as a leading force in the evolving world of sport, design and hospitality.
