Ron Schneidermann is a seasoned CEO and startup advisor with a track record of scaling venture and private-equity-backed digital consumer platforms into enduring, category-defining businesses. He is currently CEO of Acely, an A.I.-native education company focused on expanding access to high-quality SAT+ACT test preparation through personalized, technology-driven learning. Previously, Ron spent a decade leading growth at AllTrails, joining as the sixth hire and later serving as CEO. There, he helped transform the company from a niche outdoor app into the global standard for outdoor exploration, reaching tens of millions of users worldwide. He defined the company’s go-to-market strategy, brand vision, growth engine and product roadmap while building and scaling the organization from a small founding team to more than 200 employees. Under his leadership, AllTrails expanded internationally across Europe, Latin America and Oceania, established a presence in more than 150 countries, and was recognized as Apple’s App of the Year in 2023.
