Tom Metzger leads ultra-high-net-worth client strategy for Citizens Private Wealth. In this role, he is driving the firm’s ongoing wealth acceleration strategy to meet the unique needs of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and businesses. He also leads efforts to attract and retain high-caliber talent, expanding Citizens Private Wealth’s presence in critical markets nationwide. Prior to joining Citizens in late 2023, Tom served as Head of Wealth Manager Recruiting at First Republic Bank, where he successfully recruited multiple top Wealth Manager teams. He also held progressively more senior roles at Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase.
