Professional portrait of Valeria Gonzalez, head bartender at The Wall Street Hotel

Valeria Gonzalez

Hospitality & Spirits Expert

Valeria is the Head Bartender at The Wall Street Hotel and brings more than 11 years of experience behind the bar. After beginning her career in fashion, she found a new creative outlet in cocktails, where she channels the same eye for design, balance and storytelling into every drink she creates. Hospitality runs in the family (her sister is a chef) and that shared passion for food and beverage has shaped her approach to cocktail creation. Before joining JF Restaurants, Valeria honed her craft at Shelter in Brooklyn and has traveled extensively, working guest shifts in New Orleans, Barcelona, Miami and Argentina. Those experiences continue to influence her style, blending classic technique with inspiration from cocktail cultures around the world.
