Goodman Gallery
Goodman Gallery was founded in 1966 by Linda Givon in Johannesburg, South Africa. The gallery was established to promote contemporary South African artists, particularly during the apartheid era when such support was crucial. Goodman Gallery has launched the careers of prominent artists such as William Kentridge, Sue Williamson, and David Goldblatt. The gallery expanded to Cape Town in 2007 and London in 2019.
