Agathe Snow
Agathe Snow, born in Corsica, France in 1976, is a contemporary artist known for her dynamic installations, sculptures and performances. She moved to New York City in the late 1990s, where she became part of the vibrant downtown art scene. Snow's work often incorporates found objects and explores themes of community, survival and rebirth. Her notable projects include "Stamina," a 24-hour dance performance at Gavin Brown’s Enterprise, and "All Access World," an exhibition at the Deutsche Guggenheim. Snow’s art is known for its playful yet profound commentary on contemporary society and has been exhibited in major institutions like the New Museum in New York and the Palais de Tokyo in Paris.
