Anthony Hopkins
Anthony Hopkins, born in 1937, is a Welsh actor of film, stage, and television. Hopkins is one of his generation's most respected actors, known for his portrayal of Hannibal Lecter in "The Silence of the Lambs" (1991), for which he won the Academy Award for Best Actor. Other notable films include "The Remains of the Day" (1993), "Nixon" (1995), and "The Father" (2020), earning him his second Academy Award. Hopkins' distinguished career is marked by his powerful performances and ability to inhabit complex characters.
