Chloe Wise
Chloe Wise, born in 1990 in Montreal, Canada, is a contemporary artist known for her satirical and thought-provoking works that explore themes of consumerism, culture and identity. She studied at Concordia University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Wise's multidisciplinary practice includes painting, sculpture, video and installation, often blending humor with critical commentary. Her work gained significant attention with the creation of a series of sculptures that mimic luxury food items, such as the "Bread Bags," which parody designer handbags made from hyper-realistic bread.
