John Faso
John Faso is an American politician and attorney who served as the U.S. Representative for New York's 19th congressional district from 2017 to 2019. Born on September 27, 1964, in Albany, New York, Faso is a member of the Republican Party. Before his time in Congress, he served as the New York State Assemblyman for the 107th district and as the New York State Comptroller from 1998 to 2002. In Congress, Faso focused on issues such as tax reform, healthcare, and regulatory policy. He lost his re-election bid in 2018 and has since been involved in various political and public policy activities.
