NC Wyeth
N.C. Wyeth (1882–1945), born in Needham, Massachusetts, was an American illustrator and painter best known for his work in illustrating classic novels such as "Treasure Island" and "Robin Hood." He studied under Howard Pyle and became one of the most celebrated illustrators of his time. Wyeth's work is characterized by its dynamic compositions and vivid storytelling. His art is included in collections at the Brandywine River Museum in Pennsylvania. Wyeth's legacy continues through his family's artistic tradition, notably his son, Andrew Wyeth.
