During his last full day in office, Gov. Chris Christie signed a controversial bill on Monday to pad pensions for some politicians.

Murphy declined to give an opinion on a bill that would pad pensions for politicians, even though a benefits task force he once chaired called for an end to “abuses by the politically well-connected.”
