Cindi Berger

After masterminding the merger of PMK and Rogers & Cowan last year, Cindi Berger steered the giant ship through a treacherous 2020 by keeping the focus on big names and big brands. McDonald’s, Activision, MasterClass, MasterCard, Nestle, Cisco and Northwell Health all turned to the IPG-owned firm for its particular alchemy of media, talent, influencers and content. Berger also tapped former MWW honcho Stephen Macias to head a new multicultural division as her firm expands its marketing chops. And usually, it’s Berger managing awards for clients, but her own turn came this year. In August, she delivered the commencement address at her alma mater Ithaca College’s 125th graduation ceremony, and received an honorary degree at the virtual ceremony along with environmentalist Bill McKibben. And in December, Berger was inducted into PR Week’s Hall of Fame.
