Ravi Sunnak

Ravi Sunnak may have the most of-the-moment title in PR. Since he’s not tied to any particular client, Sunnak operates as a kind of a one-man green SWAT team within Porter Novelli, advising clients how to talk the talk and walk the walk around issues like sustainability, child poverty, climate, food security and gender equity. He also helps clients navigate happenings like the UN General Assembly and Climate Week New York, so don’t try making plans with him in September. On top of that, his own client portfolio includes hefty nonprofits like the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, Comic Relief, Grounded, and OneEarth. Sunnak also got tapped this year to help run Kindred, a global network of executives who advocate for corporate social responsibility in a real way.
