Quick to think out of the box, she has landed Prudential high-visibility consumer coverage in unexpected publications including Glamour, Bustle, Well & Good and Apartment Therapy. During the coronavirus lockdown, Caiazzo swiftly pivoted to a virtual product launch for Good Catch after it became clear that a pre-planned in-person cooking demonstration was infeasible.
