Just five years after starting at music PR powerhouse Shore Fire as a junior account executive, Nina Lee has risen to director of publicity at the firm, where her client portfolio includes Maxwell, Joji, Robert Randolph, Chicano Batman, Yamaha Entertainment Group, Brooklyn Bowl, and more. Lee has also “become a driving force behind diversifying the agency’s roster and amplifying the voices and work of marginalized artists and brands,” said Rebecca Shapiro, a Shore Fire executive. Lee has placed clients everywhere from The Today Show to The New York Times to late-night TV. Lee, said Shapiro, “also actively works to fight against the systemic racism in the entertainment industry and advocates that the music industry at large needs to become a lot more diverse.”
