CEO and Co-founder at Meural
In a year when people spent more time in their homes than ever, art and digital technology took on a more prominent place in the culture. At the center of these lifestyle changes, Meural, a digital canvas company led by CEO and co-founder Vladimir Vukicevic, improves lives and our understanding of art.
Controlled by hand gestures alone, the framed screen can display art both vertically and horizontally. In addition, a library of nearly 30,000 artworks allows users to display the art that fits their mood at a particular time.
“We see Meural as a product for “the other three walls” in American homes. (There’s usually a TV wall and three other walls in a typical American living room.).” Vukicevic told Observer in 2019. “Generally, those three walls are pretty static—either you have some art, or you have nothing, and that’s where Meural comes in.”
