Jeffrey Deitch revisits those halcyon days of New York in the 80s by curating a show celebrating the 40th anniversary of those CBGB heroes, Blondie. And, just to hammer home how punk rock this all is, it’s at the Chelsea Hotel Storefront Gallery. I went to a wild party at the Chelsea Hotel once, years ago. In the room where Sid killed Nancy, actually. A concert pianist was living there. There was a Steinway in the room where the murder happened. True story! —Nate Freeman
