A poll conducted by the Wall Street Journal, NBC 4 New York, and Marist College said that Mayor Bill de Blasio's approval rating has sunk to an all time low, with only 38 percent approval. The number is down from the 44 percent approval that Mr. de Blasio claimed in May of this year. The poll surveyed 926 New York City adult registered voters. Two years into his four-year term, Mr. de Blasio's support from black and latino voters has fallen, with black voter approval polling at 50 percent, down from 59 percent. A whopping 49 percent of those polled said that Mr. de Blasio did not deserve reelection, while 42 percent said that he did deserve reelection. Compared to former New York City mayors' approval at the same time during their terms, Rudy Giuliani polled at 35 percent and Michael Bloomberg polled at 40 percent approval.
