TRENTON -- Assemblyman John McKeon (D-27) said today that gleaning details about the state's recent settlement with oil giant Exxon Mobil from Gov. Chris Christie's administration has been "frustrating", citing testimony from Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner Bob Martin given in front of the Assembly Budget Committee.
