Museum of Sex

The Museum of Sex is located at 233 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY. Established in 2002, the museum is dedicated to the exploration of the history, evolution and cultural significance of human sexuality. Its collection includes a wide range of artifacts, artworks and multimedia exhibits that cover various aspects of sex and sexuality. Notable exhibitions have included “The Sex Lives of Animals” “Universe of Desire” and “STAG: The Illicit Origins of Pornographic Film.” The museum also features interactive installations such as “Jump for Joy” a bouncy castle of breasts. The Museum of Sex offers educational programs, workshops and events that aim to foster an open and informed dialogue about human sexuality. Read more about Museums.
