National Museum of the American Indian
The National Museum of the American Indian is located at 1 Bowling Green, New York, NY and Fourth Street & Independence Avenue, SW Washington, D.C. The museum was established to preserve and present the history, culture and arts of the indigenous peoples of the Americas. Its extensive collection includes over 825,000 objects, ranging from artifacts and artworks to photographs and manuscripts.
