Storm King Art Center

The Storm King Art Center is located at 1 Museum Rd, New Windsor, NY 12553, and was established in 1960. It is one of the largest outdoor sculpture parks in the United States, featuring over 500 acres of landscaped fields, hills and woodlands. The center showcases large-scale sculptures and site-specific installations by artists such as Alexander Calder, Mark di Suvero and Richard Serra. Notable works include Maya Lin‘s “Wavefield” and Roy Lichtenstein‘s “Mermaid.” Storm King Art Center also offers educational programs, guided tours and seasonal events, providing a unique experience that combines art and nature.
