Rent Freeze! Rent Guidelines Board Approves Historic Zero Percent Increase
The Rent Guidelines Board voted for a historic zero percent increase on rent-regulated units on Monday night, the first time in its 46 year history that it has frozen rents. It approved a zero percent increase for one-year leases and increase 2 percent on two-year leases.
